(1+p)^3=1+3p+3p^2+p^3) so if p=2x, this becomes 1+6x+12x^2+8x^3 and its integral is:

x+3x^2+4x^3+2x^4. Applying the limits (-1,1) we have 10-(-1+3-4+2)=10.
