Such an English word would contain more than 26 letters, because vowels (and possibly W and Y) need to be repeated to split the word into pronounceable syllables. There are very few very long words and none come near to including all letters of the alphabet. The sentence "Quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" contains 32 letters including all 26 letters of the alphabet. There are 4 O's, 2 R's, 2 U's and 2 E's, that is, 3 extra O's, one extra E, R and U.
