Rewrite:

eʸ+yeˣ+xeʸdy/dx+eˣdy/dx=0.

Rearrange:

(eʸ+xeʸdy/dx)+(yeˣ+eˣdy/dx)=0.

This is just a double expansion of the product rule:

d(xeʸ)/dx+d(yeˣ)/dx=0.
