We need to find out how far A and B are from C.

A is 1-(-2)=3 to the left of C, so after dilation would be 3 times 1.5=4.5 to the left of C, 1-4.5=-3.5 (x-coord).

A is 5-4=1 higher than C, so it becomes 1.5 higher than C=y-coord 5.5. A is (-3.5,5.5).

B is 5-1=4 to the right of C and becomes 6 to the right, making x-coord=7.

B is 4-(-2)=6 lower than C and becomes 9 lower, making y-coord=4-9=-5. B is (7,-5). A goes to A' and B to B':
