The ratio of the diameters of the ball and its shadow is 168.3/195 is the same as the ratio of their distances from the source of light. So the shadow is 195/168.3=1.1586 as far from the light source as the ball is. That makes it about 15.86% further away from the light source as true ball itself. To get an actual distance you need to know , for example, how far the ball is from the source.
