Do you mean matrix? A matrix normally has rows and columns in a rectangular arrangement. This one has n elements in a row so consists of one row and n columns. It fulfils the requirements of a matrix even though it has only one row, and I assume n is finite. As for proof, I would multiply it by a known matrix A having n rows. That would use the numbers 1 to n as multipliers for each column of A. The ability to do this proves its validity as a matrix. So, true.
