I interpret this as sqrt(5)*x^4/(3x)^3=sqrt(5)*x^4/27x^3=sqrt(5)/27*x^4/x^3=(sqrt(5)/27)x, so in the form rx^m, r=sqrt(5)/27 and m=1. So r=2.236/27=0.0828.
