Power is force*distance/time.
The force is the pull of gravity on Cain's body. This is his gravitational mass (72kg)*acceleration due to gravity, which on earth is 9.81m/sec/sec. So the force is 72*9.81 kg of weight in newtons.
This weight is lifted through a distance of 18.4m for 16.7 seconds.
The power to do this is therefore 72*9.81*18.4/16.7=778.22 watts.
