This can also be written and factored:

x'y'z'+x'y'z+xy'z'+xyz'=x'y'(z'+z)+xz'(y'+y);

z'+z=y'+y=1;

So this simplifies: x'y'+xz' or (x'∧y')∨(x∧z').
