solve in two steps. first the upper peortion ie 2/3-1/6+5/6 and then divide it with 16/9.

to solve first portion take LCM of 3 and 6 which is 6

then multiply the numerator 2 with the factor 2 (LCM devided by denominator)

this makes following

4-1+5/6

=8/6

now we need to devide it with 16/9. To do that reverse the fraaction to 9/16 and multiply ie

8/6 *9/16

we can cross 8 with 16 leaving behind 2 inplace of 16 and cross 9 and 6 with factor 3 leaving 3 in place of 9 and 2 in plaace of 6. ie

1/2 * 3/2 which is equalent to 3/4.

I hope its easy and understandable.
