The picture is hiding the buttons so no-one but a database administrator or a web developer for the site can delete it. Eventually it will be lost in time amongst more recent questions and answers, so there's nothing to worry about.
I reshowed questions you were preparing yesterday and answered them for you to see. I don't know whether I answered all of them correctly. They were questions about Africa. If you don't need them any longer let me know and I'll delete them.
