15x-18y=-8 needs to be written in the form y=mx+a where m=slope and a the y-intercept..

(15/18)x-y=-(8/18),

y=(15/18)x+(8/18)=⅚x+(4/9), so m=⅚ and the y-intercept is 4/9.
