3.1) Midpoint of KM is L((-12+8)/2,(7-1)/2)=L(-2,3).

Midpoint of LW is O((-2+2)/2,(3-3)/2)=(0,0) the origin.

3.2) KM has length=√((8-(-12))2+(7-(-1))2)=√(400+64)=√464=4√29=2PT, so PT=2√29=2OT, so OT=√29.
