1) Required equation

y = 0.2x + 30

where x = number of text messages sent

y = total bill

2) Answer to 2nd question:

178.20 = 0.2x +30

=> 0.2x = 178.20-30

=> x = 148.2 /0.2

=>x = 741

So she was charged for sending 741 messages

3) Answer to 3rd question
y = 0.2(200) + 30

y = 70

So her next will be 70 dollars

4) is the same question as 3rd, I think you copied it twice.
