Total hours in working day is 8 hours, 3 of which are in encoding, so that’s ⅜. Or 15 hours in a 40-hour week. As a percentage, ⅜ is 300/8=37.5%.

Adding all hours worked in a day, 3 hrs encoding + 2 hrs verification + 2hrs in processing + 1 hr in accomplishment, will give us 8 hours.

3 hours allotted for encoding in an 8-hour duty. That's 3/8, dividing it is 0.375, and since we're looking for the percentage, we multiply 0.375 by 100, and that will be 37.5.

So taking into account that in 5 days, a worker works (8 hours work x 5 days) 40 hours, and he spends (3*5) 15 hours on encoding, that's 15/40, that will still give us 37.5.

So, the answer is 37.5
