The polynomial is of the form a(x+1)(x-2)(x+6)=

a(x²-x-2)(x+6)=

a(x³-x²-2x+6x²-6x-12)=a(x³+5x²-8x-12),

so constant a=1 and the polynomial is  x³+5x²-8x-12.
