We can work out the scale factor from the base measurements. 1.5"=55' so 10*1.5=15"=10*55=550'.

The model is 15" tall so the monument is 550' tall.

there is a scale between the model and the real size. since the actual width measurment is 55 the scale is

55/1.5=36.666 so the actual tall is 15(36.666)=550 in approx.
