If there are n cupcakes, 3n/7 are white, so 4n/7 are cherry or chocolate, and 3/12 of 4n/7=n/7 are chocolate.

So what remains is n-3n/7-n/7=3n/7 cherry=75. So n=7×75/3=175.

White=3×175/7=75; chocolate=175/7=25; cherry=75 (given), 175 all together.
