100 loaves in 5 days is 20 loaves per day, so x+4>20 and x>16.

80 loaves in 5 days is 16 loaves per day, so x-4<16 and x<20.

Therefore 16<x<20 that is the number of loaves is between 16 and 20, so x=17, 18 or 19.
