The question isn't clear, because there is a space between 3 and 2, as if something is missing.

But the distributive property means we multiply the terms inside the brackets by what's outside.

2(4y+6z)=8y+12z. -32(4y+6z)=-128y-192z or -3.2(4y+6z)=-12.8y-19.2z.
