Two wheels each have a weight W and are connected to each other by an inextensible cord.. If they rest against smooth planes, one of which is inclined at an angle phi and the other is vertical. The center of the wheel on the vertical plane makes an an theta between the cord and the horzontal line of the center of the wheel. The cord is of length L.

Determine the angle theta  A.) interms of the parameters given and B.) with W = 10 lb., phi = 60 degrees.?
