Perimeter=300=2(L+W) where L and W are length and width.

L+W=150 and W/L=2/3 so W=2L/3. Therefore L+2L/3=150, 5L/3=150, L=3*150/5=90 and W=2*90/3=60.

So length=90m and width=60m.
