me assume thats a REKTANGEL . . . rim-leng=156, so half-rim=78 . . . half-rim=leng+wide . . . wide=leng-12 . . . leng+(leng-12)=78 . . . 2*leng-12=78 . . . 2*leng=78+12=90 . . . leng=90/2=45 . . . wide=45-12=33 . . . half-rim=45+33=78
