Start with a, b, c as the side lengths.

a+b+c=18.

b=2a-2.

c=b-4=2a-6.

Substitute for b and c in the first equation:

a+2a-2+2a-6=18, 5a-8=18, 5a=26, a=26/5=5.2.

b=2a-2=10.4-2=8.4.

c=b-4=8.4-4=4.4.

CHECK

5.2+8.4+4.4=18. OK.
