There are 3 sets:

A own a car only

B own a motorcycle only

C own both

A+C=90

B+C=15

A+B+C=100=A+15, so A=85 and C=90-85=5, therefore B=15-5=10; or,

A+B+C=100=B+90, so B=10 (and C=15-10=5, therefore A=90-5=85).

10% own a motorcycle (only).
