Multiply through by 2: -3(x+102)=2x.

Expand brackets: -3x-306=2x.

Add 3x to each side: -306=5x or 5x=-306; divide through by 5: x=-61.2.

me assume that stuf shood be

x=-3(x+102)*(1/2)

become x=(-3/2)*(x+102)

x=-(3/2)x -153

x+(3/2)x=-153

2.5x=-153

x=-153/2.5

x=-61.2
