Since all 4 sides of a square are the same, the perimeter of a square=4 times the length of one side.

length of one side of the square we will call L.  Perimeter we can call P

4L=P

We know the value of P so we can plug that in

4L=100

Solve for L by dividing both sides by 4

L=25 ft
