Your percentages seem to be wrong because they add up to more than 100%. In fact, they add up to 115%. Let's assume that the percentage of chocolate is correct, because we don't need to involve the other ingredients. 40% of 300 grams is 40/100*300=40*3=120 grams, or 0.4*300=120 grams.
