20sin^2a - 16sinA = - 3

20sin^2A - 16sinA + 3 = 0

( 2sinA  - 1 ) (10sinA - 3 ) = 0

2sinA - 1 = 0   or 10sinA - 3 = 0

sinA = 1/2  ⇒ A = 30 degree  because sin30 = 1/2

or

sinA = 3/10 ⇒ A = sin^( -1) (3/10) ⇒ A =77.46 degree

sin^( - 1)3/10 = arcsin(3/10)
