1 Answer

sin(180°+ 3θ) = -0.74314

-sin(3θ) = -0.74314

sin(3θ) = 0.74314

3θ = sin^(-1){0.74314}

θ = [sin^(-1){0.74314}]/3

General solution is

3θ = nπ + {(-1)^ n}  sin^(-1){0.74314}

θ = nπ/3 + [{(-1)^ n}  sin^(-1){0.74314}]/3

hey, from the step that 3θ = sin^(-1){0.74314} does this mean 3θ = sin to the power of (-1){0.74314} as a whole? or just the (-1) is the power
it is inverse of sin also called arcsin.

Only power of (-1)
