If x2 + xy + y2 = a2 then show that y2 = (-6a^2)/(x+2y)^3

Let y=0, then x²=a².

If we put y=0 in the other equation, we get 0=(-6x²)/(x³)=-6/x. But this is false so the relationship required to be proved cannot be proved because it’s false!
