cos(x)=11sin(y)/4, so (11cos(x)-7sin(y))/(11cos(x)+7sin(y))=

(121sin(y)/4-7sin(y))/(121sin(y)/4+7sin(y))=

(121/4-7)/(121/4+7)=(121-28)/(121+28)=93/149=0.624161 approx.
