Your question is confusing because (x-μ)/σ when μ=0 and σ=6 is 54/6=9, not 2.33.

I think you mean μ=40, then (54-40)/6=14/6=7/3=2.33.

If we assume μ=40, then z=0.75=(x-40)/6,

x-40=6×0.75=4.5, x=44.5.
