(A+B)^5=A^5+5A^4B+10A^3B^2+10A^2B^3+5AB^4+B^5. Put A=2a and B=-b and we get:

32a^5-80a^4b+80a^3b^2-40a^2b^3+10ab^4-b^5. There is no equation to solve because there's no equals sign.
