the pressure of water at different depths can be measured in atmosphere, or atm. The water pressure on a scuba diver increases as the diver descends below the surface. Use the table

depth (ft)           pressure (atm)

 0                               1

-33                             2

 -66                            3

-99                             4

write the ratio in all three forms for pressure at -33 ft to pressure at surface

With respect to pressure at surface:

Pressure ratio at -33 is 2:1

Ratio at -66 is 3:1

Ratio at -99 is 4:1

Pressure ratio at depth d (negative) is (-d/33)+1:1 (d=0 is surface)

This can also be written (33-d)/33:1 where d≤0.
