Let's assume the solid is a cuboid with dimensions 11 by 3 by x, volume=33x.

Surface area=2(11*3+11x+3x)=2(14x+33)=33x. So 28x+66=33x, 5x=66, x=13.2".

Volume=435.6 cu in, surface area=2(33+184.8)=435.6 sq in.
