(9/y) +(2/7) =(7/7)y

(9/y) +(2/7)=y

9 +(2/7)y=y^2

or y^2 -(2/7)y +9=0

or y^2 -0.2857142y +9=0

y=0.1428571 +- 2.996596711i   (komplex numbers)
