350 should be 360, and the polynomial function is created by expanding the factors you have presented,

x(x-7)(x+2)=x3-5x2-14x.

The polynomial would then be f(x)=x3-5x2-14x-360, so f(10)=1000-500-140-360=0, making x=10 a real zero. The other two zeroes are complex (a conjugate pair).

Your solution could be a cuboid with x, x-7 and x+2 as the length, breadth and height, and a volume of 360 cubic units.
