Need help on how to make a volume equation into a polynomial function

350=10*3*12 then make it a polynomial function. I got to this 350=x*(x-7)(x+2) not sure right!! Please help and thank you!

350 should be 360, and the polynomial function is created by expanding the factors you have presented,

x(x-7)(x+2)=x³-5x²-14x.

The polynomial would then be f(x)=x³-5x²-14x-360, so f(10)=1000-500-140-360=0, making x=10 a real zero. The other two zeroes are complex (a conjugate pair).
