Vol of sphere=4(pi)/3. Vol of wire=(pi)r^2*20 (volume of a cylinder of length 20cm) where r= radius of wire.

4(pi)/3=20(pi)r^2, so r^2=1/15, so r=0.258cm or 2.58mm.
