Problem: Write a rule for the linear function with slope m and y-intercept b.
My problem: 15. m=0 b=2

y = mx + b

A line with a slope of zero is a horizontal line. The value
b = 2 means that the line is two units above the x axis. No
matter what value you choose for x, y will always be 2.

y = 0*x + 2
y = 2
