If the figure is a cylinder then radius r=5.5cm (width=diameter=2r=11cm), height h (length)=8cm.

Volume=πr2h=3.14(30.25)(8)=759.88cm3 approx.

If it's a cone then volume=⅓πr2h=759.88/3=253.29cm3 approx.
