No, because a quadratic function graphs as a parabola, and a parabola has one maximum or minimum (vertex). So since there can be no values beyond the vertex, it cannot have an infinite range (dependent variable).

The domain (independent variable), on the other hand, does extend to infinity both positively and negatively.
