3x=4y+5, 4y=3x-5, y=3x/4-5/4 so slope is ¾.

Parallel is of the form y=3x/4+a where a is a constant to be found.

When x=2, y=-3 so:

-3=6/4+a, a=-3-6/4, a=-9/2⇒y=3x/4-9/2, 4y=3x-18 or 4y-3x+18=0 or 3x=4y+18.
