x+6y=5, 6y=5-x, y=⅚-⅙x, so the gradient of this line is -⅙.

The parallel line has the same gradient, so y-4=-⅙(x-3),

y-4=-⅙x+½, which can also be written 6y-24=-x+3, x+6y=27.
