me assume thats spozed tu be

(-1/6)*(x-12) +(1/2)*(x+2) =x+7

or -(x-12) +3*(x+2)=6*(x+7)

-x+12 +3x +6 =6x+42

(3x -x -6x)=42 -12 -6

-4x=24

x=-24/4

x=-6
