7.28 =6.1 +log10(x/54*0.03)

7.28 -6.1=log10(x /1.62)

log10(x/1.62)=1.18

log10(x) -log10(1.62)=1.18

log10(x) -0.209515014=1.18

log10(x)=1.18+0.209515014=1.389515015

that meen x=10^1.389515015

=24.51969225048902
