My cabinet measures 19-7/8, and the sliding draw measures 19.8 according to the manufacture. Will I be able to use this drawer or will it be too tight?

1/8=0.125 which is smaller than 0.8; but ⅞=0.875 which is bigger than 0.8.

So 19.8 is smaller than 19⅞, so the drawer should just about fit into the cabinet.
