To find out which is larger, find the LCD of 4 and 28. Since 4 goes into 28, 28 is the LCD. 3/4 is 21/28 (multiply 3 and 4 by 7). Since 23 is bigger than 21, 23/28 is bigger than 21/28 or 3/4.
