Assuming that each row has the same number of seats we can call the total number of rows r and the total number of seats s.  We are looking for the number of seats in each row we we call that x

the number of rows times the number of seats in each row equals the number of total seats. This can be written as follows

r*x=s

We substitute the values we already know to get

9x=675

divide both sides by 9 to get the value for x

x=108.3333 seats in each row

That means there is not an equal number of seats in each row?
