If the leading equals sign is meant to be minus:

-7(11-4w)-15w=-27-(50-13w),

-77+28w-15w=-27-50+13w,

-77+13w=-77+13w.

Since both sides are identical, this is not an equation, but an identity, that is, the left side, although it looks different from the right side, has the same value as the right side, no matter what the value of w is.

An identity has no solution, because it's always true.
